Materials
- 150 g Chocolate
- 3.5 teaspoons Cooked Turkish coffee
- 3 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg Whites
- Butter (for the mold)
- Sugar (For Mold)
Preparation
- Set the oven to 190 C.
- Grease the coffee cups with room temperature butter. Cover the inside of greasy cups with granulated sugar.
- Melt the chocolate bain marie, add warm Turkish coffee and egg yolks.
- Cut the egg whites into snow and feed them softly into the chocolate mix.
- Fill the soufflé mixture into the cups.
- Cook for 8 minutes.
